Katarina Pance, PhD

Dr. Katarina Pance is a Principal at SR One. She brings experience in company formation and early-stage drug discovery, with expertise spanning antibody therapeutics, targeted protein degradation, oncology, and immunology. Prior to joining SR One in 2023, Dr. Pance led discovery biology efforts at EpiBiologics, a company she co-founded based on her graduate research developing bispecific antibodies for extracellular protein degradation. She completed her PhD under the mentorship of Dr. Jim Wells at the University of California, San Francisco, and was a Venture Fellow at MPM Capital. Dr. Pance received her PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University of California, San Francisco.
